Marble Platform

Marble platforms (also known as granite platforms or rock platforms) are precision reference measuring tools made from high-quality natural gabbro such as Jinan Green and Taishan Green gabbro as the base material, through multiple processes including machining, rough grinding, fine grinding, and manual scraping. They have a dense structure, a smooth and wear-resistant surface, and extremely high flatness and stability.

The biggest advantages of this platform are its excellent accuracy retention, rust resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and zero magnetic reaction, effectively eliminating measurement errors caused by magnetic attraction of workpieces. It is mainly used as a high-precision inspection, measurement, scribing, and grinding reference, and is widely used in instrumentation, precision machinery, electronic manufacturing, aerospace, and metrology, especially suitable for measuring micro-dimensions and inspecting ultra-precision components.
